Shipping policy

At Petsy, all orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. This time is used for order verification, preparation, and packaging.

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped through available delivery services depending on the destination.

Estimated shipping time is 6–15 business days depending on location, customs processing, and local courier performance.

Total estimated delivery time is 8–18 business days including processing and shipping.

These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

Once an order is shipped, tracking information may be provided. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier system.

Petsy is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party delivery services once the order has been dispatched, but we will assist where possible in tracking and resolving issues.
