Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 days to your original payment method. We will not deduct any fee from your refund except return shipping costs, which are covered by customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a full refund or free replacement — this is our responsibility, not an extra cost to you.
